junior Bulls

(Ages 3½–6)

Focus: Movement, coordination, confidence, and a fun introduction to basketball

Session Duration: 55 minutes – 1 hour
Parent Involvement: Encouraged for the youngest players

Junior Bulls is where the journey begins. Our youngest athletes learn through play — developing balance, coordination, and early ball-handling skills in a supportive, high-energy environment. Parents are welcome to get involved, creating a fun and inclusive experience that builds confidence from day one.

strong Bulls

(Ages 8–10)

Focus: Skill development, game awareness, communication, and sportsmanship

Session Duration: 1 hour – 1 hour 15 minutes
Parent Involvement: Skill drills, structured scrimmages, targeted coaching

This stage takes players to the next level. Young & Rising Bulls focuses on sharper technique, smarter decision-making, and understanding real game scenarios. Athletes develop stronger communication, discipline, and teamwork through a blend of drills and supervised game play.

NEXT GEN BULLS

(Ages 14–16)

Focus: Advanced skills, tactical understanding, physical coordination, and mental resilience


Activities: Team-based drills, positional work, friendly competitions

Strong & Prime Bulls pushes players to refine their technique and grow their basketball IQ. Sessions introduce more complex drills, tactical awareness, and competitive elements. Athletes learn resilience, focus, and leadership — gaining the tools needed to progress toward higher-level competition.
